In the survey they took into consideration tech amenities on board, tech in the gate areas where their flights are serviced, online apps and online social media capabilities.

I’m surprised that United is as high as it is. It must be because (1) they included Continental’s superior IT and (2) they lead the losers. Although I can’t say that I mind, too much. I haven’t had any complaints as a loyal UA flier.
