EVreward.com is a great one stop portal to track down all points earning promotions on offer from retailers and credit card issuers. Simply type in the name of a retailer and it will immediately let you know what promotions are in place.
I did a simple search for “Target” and found out that Visa is offering $5.00 of purchases of $50.00 and $7.00 off purchases of $70.00 at Target.com
AND
The search also resulted in a list of all Airline and Hotel Loyalty Programs that have affiliations with Target for bonus point earning opportunities (the website’s graphics are far more impressive):

American Airlines 3.0 miles per $1.00
Choice Privileges 4.0 points per $1.00
Delta SkyMiles 3.0 skymiles per $1.00
Frontier Airlines 2.0 miles per $1.00
Hawaiian Airlines 3.0 miles per $1.00
Hilton HHonors 2.0 points per $1.00
Marriott Rewards 3.0 points per $1.00
Priority Club 3.0 points per $1.00
Southwest 2.0 points per $1.00
US Airways 2.0 miles per $1.00
United Airlines 2.0 miles per $1.00
In this example, If I am a Mileage Plus member and Delta SkyMile member as well, I’ll earn 50% more miles using Delta’s Skymile affiliation with Target.
The site also shows credit card programs that are eligible for bonus points if used on Target.com. EvRewards.com goes deeper into the bonus earnings for the cards, but due to cut and paste limitations, I’ll just list the cards programs:

I wouldn’t place so much emphasis on trusting evrewards as I found it to be very inaccurate in many instances: partners that no longer have portals, inaccurate indication of miles per dollar earned, etc. I have to cross-references with an actual site not just to double check but to make sure I am making the right decision with accurate data. Understandably, portals change information often and it is hard for an aggregator to keep up but the degree of inaccuracy is just too high.
