D-ABTA or ‘Sachsen’ was delivered to Lufthansa in September 1989.

D-ABTC was delivered to Lufthansa in February 1990 and known as ‘Mecklenburg-Vorpommern’

Lufthansa’s D-ABTF ‘Thuringen’ joined the fleet in April 1991.

D-ABTH or ‘Duisburg’ joined the Lufthansa fleet in June 1991.

D-ABTK or ‘Kiel’ joined the fleet in December 2001.

Lufthansa’s D-ABTL, Dresden, was delivered to the fleet in March 2002.

D-ABVC or ‘Baden-Wurttemberg’ joined the fleet in August 1989.

Lufthansa’s D-ABVD, ‘Bochum’ joined the fleet in May 1990.

D-ABVN, Dortmund, joined Lufthansa’s fleet in May of 1992.

D-ABVO or ‘Mulheim a.d. Ruhr’ joined the fleet in May 1996.

Lufthansa’s D-ABVP or ‘Bremen’ joined the fleet in February 1997.

D-ABVR was delivered to Lufthansa in March 1997 and is nicknamed ‘Koln’.

Lufthansa’s D-ABVS, ‘Saarland’, joined the fleet in April 1997.

Lufthansa’s D-ABVT joined the fleet in April of 1997.

Boeing 747-400 ‘D-ABVU’ joined the fleet in December 1998 and is nicknamed ‘Bayern’.

D-ABVW or ‘Wolfsburg’ joined the fleet in March 1999.

D-ABVX or ‘Schleswig-Holstein’ was delivered to Lufthansa in November 1999.

D-ABVY was delivered to Lufthansa in December 2000 and is nicknamed ‘Nordrhein-Westfalen’.

Lufthansa’s D-ABVZ, ‘Niedersachsen’ was the last 747-400 that joined the fleet. She was delivered in February of 2001.
