Austrian has launched a brief fare sale for travel within Europe from their hub in Vienna. Fares are great, as low as €95 to Milan and €99 to Berlin (roundtrip/inclusive of taxes). Other attractive fares exist to Zurich, Munich, Paris and London among others. The fare sale runs from 19 February to 25 February so there’s not much time to take advantage of the low fares. Fares for this promotion from Austrian’s other domestic gateways (Graz, Innsbruck, Linz, Klagenfurt and Salzburg) are available but come with minor surcharges.
According to the promo’s terms and conditions, it states that travel is valid between 1 April and 30 April, but when I dug deeper into a few sample bookings, it allowed for a maximum stay of 12 months, with plenty of seats available at these prices. Aside from this “quirk” in the terms and conditions, the minimum stay at your destination is either 3 “weekday” nights, 1 Friday night OR 1 Saturday night.
