Miles & More Celebrates Star Alliance 15th Anniversary With 15,000 Mile Promo

Invalid request error occurred.Lufthansa’s Miles & More program is holding a promo in conjuction with the celebrations surrounding Star Alliance’s 15th Anniversary.

In their promo, registered participants can earn a 15,000 mile bonus if they are the Miles and More member who flies the most Star Alliance miles between 14 May and 14 November.

Granted, it is not the greatest mileage promo ever but if you are a Miles & More member and find your self in an aircraft’s cabin almost daily, then there’s no reason not to sign up for this opportunity.

Star Alliance Celebrates 15th Anniversary!

It has been 15 years since Lufthansa, United, Air Canada, Thai Airways and Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) banded together to create what would be the beginning of the most far reaching Airline Alliance in the world.

As part of the celebration, Star Alliance’s CEO, Mark Schwab will be hosting two “Question and Answer” sessions on Star Alliance’s Facebook page. The sessions are scheduled on May 14 at 0800-0900 UTC and 1600-1700 UTC. This translates into 4:00a-5:00a Eastern Time and 2:00p-3:00p Eastern time.
