LUFTHANSA Free ‘FlyNet’ Voucher Good For Long Haul Travel During Euro 2016

During the Euro 2016 tournament, Lufthansa will make it easier for you to keep track of your favorite teams and watch your favorite matches even when aboard a long haul flight operated by Lufthansa.

The voucher is valid for 4 hours during a flight and is available for use 1 time per booking between June 10 and July 10, coinciding with the Euro 2016 tournament.

To access the voucher, you need to book your flight on Lufthansa.com.  When you complete your booking, you’ll receive your voucher code in your booking confirmation email.

Then, when you are on board:

       1.  From your WiFi enabled device, select Lufthansa WIFI as your connection

2.  Go online and select the Deutsche Telekom hotspot.

3.  Click ‘Go Online’ and enter your voucher code.

4.  Enjoy 4 hours of Free FlyNet.

LUFTHANSA First Class Duck Commemorates Euro 2016

To celebrate Euro 2016, Lufthansa’s First Class Services has introduced a limited edition ‘First Class Duck’.

The duck is available to First Class passengers who visit the First Class Terminal or the First Class Lounges at Frankfurt Airport during the Euro 2016 tournament (June 10 – July 10).

Keep in mind that there is a limited supply of these ducks, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

LUFTHANSA Reducing Shanghai Service During August

Lufthansa announced today that it will temporarily reduce service between Frankfurt and Shanghai during the month of August.

Specifically, flight LH732 from Frankfurt and LH733 from Shanghai will not operate between August 1 and August 28.  This service is the one flown by the 747-400 aircraft.

The remaining Frankfurt/Shanghai flights, LH728 and LH729 (operated by the A380) are not affected by this announcement.
