Star Alliance Route Updates

Lufthansa, United and US Airways among those with a fair amount of updates. Looks like the airlines are already looking at the Winter 2012/13 timetables.

Lufthansa:

Berlin-Barcelona effective June 3 will begin 1x/day service (previously planned to e 6x/WEEK).

Berlin-Nice effective June 3 will begin 5x/week service (previously planned to be 1x/WEEK).

Berlin-Nice effective Oct 28 to Mar 30(2013) will be reduced from 5x/week to 3x/week.

Berlin-Palma Mallorca effective June 3 will begin 6x/week service (previously planned to be 3x/week).

Berlin-Palma Mallorca effective Oct 28-March 30(2013) will be reduced from 6x/week to 2x/week.

Berlin-Rome effective June 3 will begin 1x/day service (previously planned to be 6x/WEEK).

Berlin–Rome effective June 3 will begin 1x/day service (previously planned to be 6x/WEEK).

Berlin-Rome effecitve Oct 28-Mar 30(2013) will be reduced from 1x/day to 3x/WEEK.

AIR NEW ZEALAND:

Auckland-Shanghai effective with Winter Timetable will increase from 4x/week to 5x/week.

ASIANA:

Seoul-Tokyo(HND) effective March 25 will increase from 2x/week to 5x/week.

AUSTRIAN:

Vienna-Adler/Sochi effective April 1 is canceled.
Vienna-Donestsk effective July 1 is canceled.
Vienna-Gothenburg effective June 15 is canceled.

UNITED:

San Francisco-Tokyo(NRT) effective October 28 will increase from 1x/day to 2x/day. This winter timetable adjustment reflects United keeping the second flight to Tokyo that it normally operates only in summer.

US AIRWAYS:

Washington(DCA)-Augusta effective July 11 will begin 1x/day service.

Washington(DCA)-Fayetteville/NW Arkansas effective July 11 will begin 6x/week service.

Washington(DCA)-Minneapolis effective July 11 will begin 1x/day service on 2 flights, and 6x/week service with a 3rd flight (US3148).

Washington(DCA)-Montreal effective July 11 will begin 1x/day service on 2 flights, and 6x/week service with a 3rd flight (US3996).

Washington(DCA)-Toronto effective July 11 will begin 2x/day service with 2 flights in addition to 5x/week with 1 flight (US3854) and 6x/week with 1 flight (US3786).

Washington(DCA)-Valpraiso/Ft. Walton effective July 11 will increase from 1x/day to 2x/day.

Brive-Amsterdam (via CityJet) effective July 7 to Sept 1 will operate 1x/week service.
Paris-Damascus is CANCELLED until further notice.
Paris-Orlando is CANCELLED effective Sept 3.

Prague-Geneva effective April 23 will begin 9x/week service.
Prague-Kieve effective April 23 will increase from 7x/week to 10x/week.
Prague–Madrid effective April 27 will be reduced from 2x/day to 1x/day.
Prague-Odessa effective April 27 will be reduced from 1x/day to 3x/WEEK.
Prague-Poprad/Tatry effective April 27 will be reduced from 4x/week to 2x/week.
Prague–Riga effective April 27 will be reduced from 6x/week to 3x/week.
Prague-Tbilisi effective March 25-May 30 is reduced from 4x/week to 2x/week.

Ljubljana-Copenhagen effective March 25 is increasing from 5x/week to 6x/week.

Air China:

Chengdu-Hong Kong effective July 1 will increase from 2x/day to 3x/day.
Shanghai-Melbourne effective May 1-May 30 decreases from 4x/week to 3x/week.
Shanghai-Sydney effective May 1-May30 decreases from 3x/week to 2x/week.

Asiana:

Seoul-Sendai effective May 21 will increase from 3x/week to 1x/DAY.
Seoul-Da Nang effective March 25 will increase from 2x/week to 3x/week.

Austrian:

Vienna-Beijing effective March 25 will be reduced from 1x/day to 5x/WEEK.

South African Airway:

Johannesburg-Ndola effective will increase from 7x/week to 9x/week (SA Airlink operated).

SAS Scandinavian Airlines:

Moscow(SVO)-Usink effective March 2 began 4x/week service.

Alitalia:

Rome-Riyadh 3x/week service that was to begin on June 1 has been delayed to July 1.
Rome-Tbilisi 2x/week service that was to begin on June 1 has been delayed to July 1.

China Southern:

Guangzhou-Phuket effective March 26 will begin 3x/week service.

CSA Czech Airlines:

Prague-Nizhniy Novgorod effective April 22 will start 1x/week service.

Kenya Airways:

Nairobi-Zanzibar effective March 25 will increase from 3x/week to 6x/week.
Nairobi-Zanzibar effective June 4 will increase from 6x/week to 1x/DAY.

Korean Air:

Seoul-Taipei effective March 26 to May 29 will increase from 9x/week to 12x/week.
